What the grant funds

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) applied for a grant through the Friends of Resevoirs (FOR) program. No federal funds are being obligated with this action. The Cooperative Agreement will use the funds provided by FOR (for USACE's share). This is not an application request.
