What the grant funds

This NOFO also implements the Biden-Harris Administration’s priorities including Presidential Executive Order 14008: Tackling the Climate Crisis at Home and Abroad (E.O. 14008), and Executive Order 13985: Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Undeserved Communities Through the Federal Government (E.O. 13985). E.O. 13985 is supported by this NOFO as it increases opportunities for Indian Tribes to develop, manage, and protect their water and related resources.
