This RFA is a competitive grant funding opportunity under Focus Area 3 of the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative (“GLRI”). The purpose of the RFA is to increase adoption of nutrient management in the western Lake Erie basin watershed (“WLEB”) by increasing technical assistance and outreach to farmers. EPA expects to award approximately $4 million for 5-10 grants ranging from $300,000 to $1,000,000.
