Evaluations will target the HIV program cascade - prevention, care and treatment, and laboratory management – among general and key populations (KP). The recipient(s) will develop a framework to mainstream CQI and Data Quality Assessment/Improvement (DQA/I) in PEPFAR supported health facilities in collaboration with comprehensive service delivery partners. The recipient(s) will support the host government to develop relevant governance frameworks for strengthening the country’s Health Information/Informatics Systems (HIS). This NOFO will support the implementation and maintenance of relevant HI platforms that include the National Data Repository (NDR), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), etc. This NOFO will also support laboratories for accreditation and quality management.
