Who can apply
This opportunity was open to the applicants described in the notice.
- Others (see text field entitled "Additional Information on Eligibility" for clarification)
This opportunity is restricted to local and regional entities as defined in the PEPFAR Country Operational Plan of 2022, definition of a Local Partner: Under PEPFAR, a “local partner” may be an individual, a sole proprietorship, or an entity. However, to be considered a local partner, the applicant must submit supporting documentation. USAID has restrictions on funding to partner government entities therefore sub-awards to current employees of the Ministry of Health may not be possible. In addition given the nature of the work requested there are a number ethical and conflict of interest concerns that would need to be addressed.
