Have a financial need, and household income does not exceed 200 percent of the federal poverty guidelines; 5. Must submit application with appropriate documentation on the form provided to the organization. The financial support we provide covers food, rent, or mortgage assistance, transportation, health insurance premiums or cobra payments. |
