| What to submit | Application guidelines st. Clair county scholarship: students must have taken the act or sat prior to june 1st submission date of the current school year and graduate from high school by june of the current school year. Only the highest act or sat composite score(s) should be submitted by each high school in st. Clair county. Student must reside and attend a high school located in st. Clair county. A seven-semester transcript should be submitted with the scholarship application. An award of 2,000 will be given to the student with the highest act or sat score in the county. If there is a tie, the number of students who achieve the highest act or sat score in st. Clair county will divide the one award of 2,000. If the award is divided, no award shall be less that 400 to any one student. The payment will be made directly to the university/college of the winning student(s)choice(s) in the fall, upon verification of attendance. Constant j.
