## Objectives

GRRP offers loans and grants for HUD-assisted multifamily property owners to improve energy or water efficiency, increase properties' ability to withstand and recover from severe storms and natural disasters, and expand preservation investments. The program also includes funds for utility consumption benchmarking and administrative costs. The application period for participation has closed. No new awards will be obligated.
