Treehouse's Graduation Success program provides high school youth in foster care with the personalized support they need to access resources, complete their coursework, plan for their future, and graduate from high school. In our program, Education Specialists meet 1:1 with students, building long-term trusting relationships with each youth enrolled in the program. Program participants are coached in self-advocacy, problem solving and developing a student-centered plan for high school graduation and beyond. Education Specialists also provide support to overcome barriers like school transitions, special education needs, and disciplinary actions and partner closely with each student's existing support system, including caregivers, social workers, teachers, and school counselors, to ensure services are provided to youth when they need them. Students in the program also have the opportunity to participate in extracurricular activities such as sport and enrichment programs such as robotics1$5,000
