Only organizations named in Appendix 1, as specified in the Explanatory Statement for Division D of the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services and Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2024 are eligible for grant awards under this Training and Employment Guidance Letter. Applications submitted from organizations not listed in this table will not be considered for review.
