Responses to this RFI are non-binding on the U.S. Government and do not obligate USAID to issue a notice of funding opportunity, nor do they commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation or submission of comments and responses. This announcement is an RFI issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Applications (RFA).
