This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the OJJDP FY 2026 Emergency Planning for Juvenile Justice Residential Facilities program. Emergency planning activities should prepare facilities to prioritize the safety and well-being of youth and staff, keep families informed, continue operations, and reduce risk to the facility during and after an emergency. The goal of the program is to help facilities improve their ability to respond to and recover from these incidents.
