## What the grant funds

The purpose of this Program Solicitation is to select an organization (“Cooperator”) to support the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) with the 2027 NEA Jazz Masters Tribute Concert and related events. A cooperative agreement is a funding mechanism in which the federal agency (NEA) maintains substantial involvement in carrying out the supported project in partnership with the award recipient (known as a Cooperator).
