The Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands and the Republic of Palau are eligible to apply for Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Base, AIDS Drug Assistance Program Base and Minority AIDS Initiative funding under Notice of Funding Opportunity HRSA-27-064.
