Please follow all instructions below. Priority Region: Iraqi Kurdistan Region, with particular emphasis on civil society organizations headquartered in Sheikhan, Halabja governorate, and Kirkuk governate. Program Objectives: Civil society organizations across the Iraqi Kurdistan Region depend on an ever-shrinking pool of money, largely from international organizations, Embassies and Consulates, and other foreign donors. In order to ensure the long-term viability of Iraqi Kurdish civil society, many of these organizations need additional training in fields including: (1) management & leadership skills; (2) donor development & grant writing; (3) budgeting and project management; (4) external communications; (5) and strategic planning.
