Booking two nights of hotel accommodation (double rooms) that include breakfast in or around the summit venue for 200 alumni. Manage and disburse an agreed allowance (per diem) of $50 per person to alumni summit attendees. Create promotional products for the events, including banners, backdrops, flyers, and invitations. Source and negotiate with all necessary vendors and suppliers. Work with the U.S. Consulate team to invite relevant attendees and participants to the summit. Work with the U.S. Consulate team on the schedule of the summit. Proposals should be detailed to include timelines, venue(s), suppliers, staffing, and budgets to cover all listed expectations, first aid, Covid-19 protocols, and other administrative charges.
