| What to submit | The spaulding family foundation, a Texas nonprofitcorporation, is organized and operated exclusively for christian, charitable, and educational purposes within themeaning of section 501(c)(3) of the code. The corporation shall carry out these purposes by, among other things, (i) making grants, primarily to other organizations that are organized and operated exclusively for one or more of such purposes, and to individuals who are eligible recipients of such assistance under section 501(c)(3); (II)providing scholorships and financial support to enable students to pursue higher education; and (III) making loans and investments, and entering other financial arrangements that constitute "program related investments" under section 4944(c) of the code. The assets and properties of the corporation are hereby pledged for use in performing its exempt function. In all cases, the corporations assets shall be used to build or advance the christian kingdom. |
