| Restrictions | Applicant must be a legal resident of the United States and a current high school senior at Portland Public Schools with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Must be on track to apply to, or accepted by, an accredited post-high school education program including accredited two and four year colleges, universities, vocational-technical and trade schools pending receipt of a high school diploma or GED equivalent and planning to attend the education program in the fall. Must be enrolled and ready to attend the accredited program during the fall term in the same year award is received. Student must have an identified passion to be pursued as a career that requires post-high school education at an accredited program. |
