Through this incubation model, the foundation addresses the achievement gap, life-skills chasm and college-bound information divide that prevent underserved young people from entering and graduating from college. The foundation has had a strong historical commitment to the education of young people living in foster care. The foundation continues to address issues of educational and career attainment including secondary and post-secondary education, workforce development and non-cognitive skill development for young people in residential care settings. |

To apply applicants must submit a two-page letter of intent. If invited to continue, they will be asked to submit a full proposal. |
