| Restrictions | The brummer-stiles-duncan scholarship fund will make scholarship grants for the benefit of graduates of any high school in the county of cherokee, Iowa, for the purpose of enabling such graduates to attend a junior college, college, university or similar institution of higher learning. The recipients of benefits and the amounts paid shall be determined by a selection committee. The selection committee is to determine in their sole judgment and discretion which applicants aptitude and circumstances are of financial need. The committee is not to be discriminate against or in favor of potential beneficiary on the basis of race, religion, creed, color, or sex. |
