With respect to scholarships and other educational grants used to achieve a specific; objective or to enhance recipients' capacities or skills, the foundation will use the supervision procedures described below to ensure that recipients use such scholarships and other educational grants only for the purpose of developing fully and productively their exceptional talents. |
